  We need your help. The MT Department of Labor is proposing a change in the current ratio of Apprentices:Journeyman which is 1:3 to a 1:2 ratio. The apprenticeship community is currently in favor of that change. There are other changes that have been agreed to but there is one thing still missing and that's a cap on the ratio for the shop.
