Please join me in welcoming our new brothers and sisters of ATT / DTV to Local 768.

 On April 21, 2016 Local 768 was officially recognized as the bargaining agent for the ATT /DTV call center in Missoula. Since then the teams and myself have spent countless hours communicating the vision, educating, traveling, and negotiating a successful first agreement. On August 15th, 2016 the votes were tallied and overwhelmingly approved the contract covering Missoula and Boise call centers. Also ratified in another contract are ATT /DTV technicians through out the country. A BIG  welcome to over 2,400 new brothers and sisters who will now have fair representation and a collective voice under IBEW contracts!!!

This first Collective Bargaining Agreement provides you with a solid foundation for the next three years and a strong base to build upon for future negotiations.
