We are excited to say, as of April 27^th @ 11:32 MST, IBEW Locals 768 and 291 have reached a tentative agreement with DIRECTV covering almost 6oo employees in the Pacific Northwest. The Locals would like to thank the Company’s team for bargaining in earnest and working diligently to come to an agreement that helps our members continue their careers assisting the customers of DIRECTV. The 4-year contract includes improvements to members' wages, working conditions, and continues the robust benefits that define their careers at DIRECTV, including healthcare, pensions, and 401ks. The Locals would like to thank the union advocates that filled our bargaining committee. Their dedication to their fellow workers is a testament to the representation our Unions believe in and advocate for daily. Their efforts were invaluable to reaching this settlement and the entire team asks our members to ratify this agreement with their collective voice.
